I can't believe the woman that runs this place is still in business. Look how many times the operation has moved. Problems paying rent. Drivers complain of bounced checks.Unpaid taxes and other court entries. I wonder if she is current on insurance?

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they are never on time to pick you up for an appointment and they take forever to pick you back up. The office staff and dispatchers are so rude and the vans i have saw looking like buckets of rust and dont look fit for the road both time in a week they picked my husband up they showed up in a van with the motor knocking sounds real safe too me but when i dont drive and need wheelchair transport for my husband i pray he makes it to dr and home in these crappy vans. This service was incredibly late and caused us to be more than two hours late for a doctor’s appointment. Customer service was TERRIBLE and transportation horrifically over priced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
The absolute worst.
Very disappointed in this service. Scheduled them to pick up my dad to take him to his VA appointment. They didn't show up when they were supposed to. He was sitting in driveway in wheelchair waiting for them. When called they told me " sorry don't know if we can get there in time now, could I reschedule !!!" We were counting on them. It was very difficult to get him down to the driveway to wait for them. This is all 1/2 hr before he needed to be there! This is their idea of Angel service for people who need them
Drivers very nice and polite. Always late. Only on time ONCE. Don't respect clients enough to notify them they are running an hour behind being that doctors don't let you show up whenever you please. Very disappointed that I had to stop using them because I couldn't get to appointments on time and the pick up time is 45 minutes before your appointment time. Think manager or supervisor could have handled situation more maturely than sounding as if I was bothering him. Think they are way overbooking themselves.
Frequently running behind schedule and no phone calls to clients to let them know and give them opportunity to determine if appointment needs rescheduled. Many offices will not see you if late and clients travel there not to be seen. Not to mention some appointments take months to get in the first place and aren't a simple reschedule.
