The staff is very friendly and works hard to find the right caregiver for the client. In addition, provided last minute care when the assigned caregiver calls out sick. I felt my mother was safe and loved.
Angel Care is top notch…wonderful caregivers and staff. They have a great team and always want to make sure they are providing what is needed. Their skilled and caring caregivers give me peace of mind that my parents are in good hands which they have proven many times.
Angel Care is an absolutely wonderful company! They provided superb and professional, in-home care for my Daddy in his last days. They made him feel so peaceful as they cared for him in every way. They also gave assistancewith the VA in providinghis daily care records. I highly recommend this Company! They were truly “our angels”.
When I hired Angel Care to help look after my late mother two years ago, the owner, Vincent, promised that we would never have a "blank" or missed shift. He and the others at Angel Care made good on that promise, especially the nursing supervisor, Pam B., who came out herself on several occasions when we needed immediate care, or 24 hour care, or had changed shifts, or even needed holiday care. Angel care is one of the most unprofessional company I’ve ever worked for. There isn’t any communication at that place. Pam is rude, doesn’t know how to communicate nor is she qualified for her position because she don’t do anything but blame others for her wrong doings. Pleaseeee don’t go to Vincent with your concerns because he’s definitely not going to hold Pam accountable for her actions.
