I dropped off a dress to be altered before 3 weeks before a wedding. Material needed to be added in and she told me to come back in a week after she fixed one side to then address the other side. I came back a week later for her to tell me she didn’t do anything with the dress (besides cut the interior panel so it was hanging off) and to “not eat or drink for two weeks, you’ll loose 5-10 pounds it would be good for you” Completely unprofessional. I had a rayon jumpsuit with a small rip on the side. I was quoted that it would cost $10 to fix the item. When I came back to pick it up, I was charged $22 for a small rip. Ridiculous! The location did not bother to call me to share the change in price before fixing the item. When I brought this to their attention, they would not adjust the price. I would not recommend this location based on their lack of following through on their quotes and prices.
