Worst of all the local spots. Dirtiest, rude staff. Your money is better spent anywhere else.
My goodness. My first time there, and the massage therapist told me the minimum tip was $100, which I'd have to pay up-front, before the massage was given. I quickly left and went to another place nearby where the tip was paid after the massage, which is what's normally done at other massage parlors.
