I don’t like to leave bad reviews but after this experience I feel like I should. I Purchased a Groupon for Dermaplaning Treatment. Phillis the owner was very rude I should have just walked out when I had the chance .I had many dermaplaning treatments done before at different companies and I always left satisfied. But todays experience was the worst, Phillis was very aggressive with the blade my face felt like it was burning immediately. I am so disappointed in this business. My first time, they were running late despite confirming the appointment 2 times beforehand. Felted very rushed in the beginning, though I moved past that after talking with the owner Phillis thinking we made some type of connection. I bought a package worth over $100 with the expectation of the bookings would be every other week. Instead, they booked me incorrectly and did not reach out to fix it.
