Dr Glaetzer is fantastic doctor . Caring, thorough and explains everything . All reception staff are friendly, helpful and good at their jobs . And and not to forget the wonderful nursing staff who go all out to make you comfortable and fix you up when needed. Doctors were thorough and well worth a mention. But big mention to Stacey the nurse. Absolutely amazing. Super compassionate and gentle with a great sense of humour to relax me. Top notch care from start to finish.

Whilst the drs and nurses are always lovely and extremely professional, I’m sure it must be part of the hiring criteria for the reception staff to be rude and condescending. Once again I’ve been spoken down to and treated rudely attempting to make an appointment over the phone. Huffing and puffing and speaking over me for no reason. I actually dread calling because of how you’re treated and spoken to.
