She is seriously the kindest human I’ve ever met! I can’t say enough great things about her and I’ve only had one appointment with her!!!!!
I wanted to love this office and gave them several tries. But do yourself a favor and go ahead and find a different office. My review was way too long trying to explain all the ways this office has failed me as a patient. Dr Jackson and her nurses were friendly, once you spend hours going through the various other staff, getting mixed answers, and you are finally able to speak with them. I’ve been searching for a great OBGYN since moving to Texas, and Dr. Jackson has truly exceeded my expectations. She’s knowledgeable, takes the time to listen to my concerns, and always offers solutions. I genuinely look forward to my visits and wouldn’t go to anyone else. The nurses and front desk staff are professional, though a bit more warmth and friendliness would make the experience even better.
