Very rude owner from the beginning a ask how much for an oil change he said 25 because I had my own oil product .I thought it was a bit high but is ok I like to support small businesses I usually get mine for about 15 . He put my car in one of those floor plate car lifts but he put the plates to close to the plastic side which with pressure it cracked and pushed the door frame out of spec I quickly noticed and pointed it out to him and he said to stop making up stories with a complete attitude.
