Great gym with an amazing atmosphere! The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about helping everyone improve. The energy here is contagious—it's a super motivating place to train and push yourself. Highly recommend 👌
Awesome experience!!! I joined Amp Fitness specifically for 2 reasons; 1) Train for 7 marathons 7 Days 7 continents- COMPLETE 2) Finish a Hryrox race- competed Boston last fall and just completed DC ( Qualified for World in June) -COMPLETE Facilities both cin Enfield and E Granby( just added steam room and Ice Bath) are clean , State of the art equipment but most importantly are the staff trainers led by owner Kate. Best Wellness and Fitness facilities in the Area !! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Great place with a really positive attitude toward fitness. Working though some PT there so have the benefit of one-on-one guidance. Lots of equipment that is all in great condition with constant improvements while I've been going!
If you want to get fit and strong at the same time, then this is the place to be!!! Great workout program, awesome coaches, just GOOD VIBES!!
I love this gym! I'm coming up to my 3 year mark, never thought I could workout at 6am every morning but once you start at Amped, you love coming back - its addicting!!!! Great coaches that are knowledgeable, supportive and push you to whatever goals you set for yourself. Different workouts every day are challenging and the Amped family is awesome - Come workout with us!!!
