This old Marine walked in the door today a bit broken in spirit and needing to calm the mind and body. Kate not only opened her gym to a stranger, she did so without charge - even when I tried to pay, she politely refused. Facility is spacious and offers more options than my normal Xfit box does. A true performance facility. The cardio program is customized on site and was just what I needed. No pressure, no yelling, no negativity. Just sweat and mind relaxing pain. Great gym with an amazing atmosphere! The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about helping everyone improve. The energy here is contagious—it's a super motivating place to train and push yourself. Highly recommend 👌
Awesome experience!!! I joined Amp Fitness specifically for 2 reasons; 1) Train for 7 marathons 7 Days 7 continents- COMPLETE 2) Finish a Hryrox race- competed Boston last fall and just completed DC ( Qualified for World in June) -COMPLETE Facilities both cin Enfield and E Granby( just added steam room and Ice Bath) are clean , State of the art equipment but most importantly are the staff trainers led by owner Kate. Best Wellness and Fitness facilities in the Area !! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Great place with a really positive attitude toward fitness. Working though some PT there so have the benefit of one-on-one guidance. Lots of equipment that is all in great condition with constant improvements while I've been going!
If you want to get fit and strong at the same time, then this is the place to be!!! Great workout program, awesome coaches, just GOOD VIBES!!
