I'd give 0 stars if I could but have to rate it 1 for a review. Although insurance had paid for the bill they are still attempting to sue me for unpaid debt. Even though, again, my health insurance had literally paid everything and looking through the EOB and itemized bill, even states insurance had paid for it. They're such a scam/fraud and will hunt you down years later even though your bill had already been paid.

This group is faud...to patient and insurance company....I never had any service done from them but now im I collection for 315... even know it was a accident that got covered by other means. I saw a dr moto at ProHealth care and got two different bills from same dr for two different things. One happened the other one didnt...did any one else see this happened to them???

Never answer the phone, Don't have any details on what was done or by what Dr. I owe them it was workmans comp. The keep calling and sending me bullshit bills. Its a scam watch out.

Wish I could give zero stars but can't in order to give a review. This place is horrible especially when it comes.to your medical bill, you can't call them they will NEVER call you back. If you ever have surgery make this company is not doing your anesthesia cause it will cause more problems for you later. They're not a good with their services

I had private dental and medical insurance. And they sued me for over $2200 .
