Wish I could give negative stars!!
Billing department atrociously disorganized. When you have emergency surgery and the facility and the surgeon are in network with your insurance, but the anesthesiologist is not in network, that is not my problem. Patients do not get to choose their anesthesia provider, as the facility outsources anesthesia. Will not be receiving services from any facility that uses this company in the future.
Please medical clinic,hospital don't use this company they offer me a discount in a medical billing and I missing some payment but I still send the missing payment in a diferent month but they don't care about that they don't care if you have any issues with the payment they care just for the money . they just send me to collections department and now I owe more than before😔.
Will forever hound you for “unpaid debt” even though insurance covered everything. Never allowing any services from them ever again! Beware!!!
