Please be careful letting your loved ones come to live in this facility. The cleanliness is poor, the smell is weird. The customer service is a zero. The property mangers Delia and Director Melissa both are unprofessional, rude and liars. My mom had over $10,000 worth of valuables in her storage and they just threw it all out without notice or apology. When confronted they rudely dismissed us and blocked our calls. We are frustrated to have lost all our family historical documents and obituaries of our deceased love ones. ... read more
