Sadly, we did not enjoy our experience at Anewu spa. We did fill out the survey and have not heard back from them almost 2 weeks later. The steam room is a great idea but super noisy and not very comfy. We suggested offering guests ear plugs. Every time steam kicks in, it makes you jump. Hard to relax in this. The massage I had was good. Not the best massage ever but still good. They would benefit from heated massage beds or a heat pad under clients. The manicure process was super slow. Very good at finding the spots that need to be worked.out. good.pressure not to hard not to soft.definately will be back to get more deep disuse messages from her thanks I feel alot better 😉
