Great location and a great building!
Best building in Rockdale, great community ,the owners corporation is always on top of things, well organised and the caretaker goes above and beyond, always there when needed
If i could give this apartment complex minus 5 then i would. I bought into anew Rockdale for an off the plan apartment and should have noticed the warning signs since signing up. They had 4 years to build this apartment based on the contract and they didn't even start demolishing the site until 2 years. They were hard to get updates throughout construction and found from another online forum other worried buyers.
