I woke up Saturday with a clogged ear. Had a miserable weekend. Messaged Summer today 9/2 and she had me come in right away. It took up her time, she was very patient and sweet but was able to unclog my ear. I’m hearing like I have never heard before. Thank you so much!
My husband is a client of this office. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff. They make you feel like family. Summer makes sure you have an understanding of how everything works and if you have questions or concerns they are available. We would highly recommend them.
Leslie was kind and patient in setting up an appointment on phone. Summer was exceptionally proficient at doing an ear mold impression. I’m loving the new ear molds. Nice shop. Will stop again in future.
Summer is INCREDIBLE. My 18 year old daughter found out she needed hearing aids and we were pretty shocked to say the least. After multiple audiologist in and around Jacksonville we were feeling defeated with receiving astronomical quotes. Summer was our last hope and she went above and beyond. The care and concern as well as such a reasonable price for top of the line hearing aids really made our experience so pleasant. I cannot recommend Anew Hearing enough! Those girls are the BEST! THANK YOU LADIES❤️❤️❤️
I recently moved to Jacksonville, so this was my first time coming to Anew, so a bit of uncertainty. But these ladies are awesome! I have used hearing aids about 15 years. I was amazed how Summer knew everything about them. I had the aids cleaned and also had wax removal on both ears and lol, I came out hearing better! Thank you to Summer, Leslie and Ida for making my first visit wonderful. And of course, this is my “Anew” hearing care place!
