I came in today to get the speaker on my hearing aid replaced and to send one of them off and Leslie was so nice! She said she didn't want me to be uncomfortable without my hearing aid but I needed it to be fixed, so I can hear better for work. She also fixed my other hearing aid so quickly, and I just can't get over how nice this place has been for me since I won my hearing aids from the raffle a few years ago. I will continue to frequent your establishment for as long as I can!
Summer is INCREDIBLE. My 18 year old daughter found out she needed hearing aids and we were pretty shocked to say the least. After multiple audiologist in and around Jacksonville we were feeling defeated with receiving astronomical quotes. Summer was our last hope and she went above and beyond. The care and concern as well as such a reasonable price for top of the line hearing aids really made our experience so pleasant. I cannot recommend Anew Hearing enough! Those girls are the BEST! THANK YOU LADIES❤️❤️❤️
I recently moved to Jacksonville, so this was my first time coming to Anew, so a bit of uncertainty. But these ladies are awesome! I have used hearing aids about 15 years. I was amazed how Summer knew everything about them. I had the aids cleaned and also had wax removal on both ears and lol, I came out hearing better! Thank you to Summer, Leslie and Ida for making my first visit wonderful. And of course, this is my “Anew” hearing care place!

Bought new hearing aids from them. I was already using Phonak. They tried me on Starkey but they just weren’t for me. Summer ordered me some Phonaks. They are wonderful. Went back today for the two week checkup and had a few questions. They were answered to my satisfaction. The ladies there are awesome. Thank you so much!
