This page has posted pictures of residents that have signed not to be picturized on their social media. And yes, the phone has a locked voicemail of a staff person that has not worked there in years. We have told Anew about this several times and they do nothing about it. This restricts communication for and or important information for the people that live there. Also, as of June 6th, they have been without air conditioning and have not done a thing about it, leaving the rooms in high heat. I have complained multiple times ... read more
