This review has been a long time coming. Anew is a wonderful place for our community of Chesapeake, Ohio! We are so lucky to have access to the resources offered by Anew! Anew behavioral health has been the best for me. They are really good with people. They are not like other places. The therapist has been the best I've had. I've been in therapy for 16 years. Never got along with em bc they just "do there job", while anew is different they actually care about the people they talk to. It's not about treating your mental. It's about treating you. My experience with the financial department at Anew Behavioral Health has been extremely frustrating. Communication is poor, and it’s nearly impossible to get clear answers regarding billing and insurance matters. I was repeatedly given inconsistent information, and follow-ups were either delayed or completely ignored. This level of disorganization has caused unnecessary stress and confusion during an already difficult time. Last clinic I was at getting case management services they only provided once a week they did do twice a week cut me back how am I supposed to do laundry do shopping for food and pay the rent and cash my grandmother check hopefully once I get started with them they won't do me wrong like tell me they gotta leave me at the store and I gotta pay uber to bring me back I got cerebral palsy and they get reimbursed through medicaid to provide them services so you think the last clinic not this current one am trying to get into jus... read more
