I see Jackie as a Psychiatrist, she is wonderful. Very professional and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!
They took over a week to get back to me, and when they did, it was only because I insisted. They never contacted me again anyway. They should make it clear if they’re not taking new patients. I deeply regret giving them so much personal data. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for mental health support.
What a joke.
I was totally against anything regarding mental health and getting help with it. Due to so many failed attempts at being put on meds and not being listened to. But a new has changed the way I view that now. Not only have they listened to me and gave there input on trying to help me. But they actually care about wether I'm doing ok I'm actually treated like a human being.
