I was very disappointed with my experience at ANEU Kitchens. I received the wrong order, and when I brought it to Brandon’s attention, he was rude and dismissive instead of trying to help resolve the mistake. A simple apology and willingness to fix the issue would have gone a long way. I hope management takes customer service more seriously, because this experience left a very negative impression on me.
The ladies are awesome every time I visit—this past Sunday, 5/18 during closing my server was so helpful, she gave me great suggestions and her spirit was amazing! Good conversation!
Food is always fresh and delicious. The establishment is spotlessly clean. The staff always makes you feel welcomed and that they care about you as a customer. Highly recommend you trying them. I will be back.
