I searched high and low, asked many people who their PD specialist was and Dr. Nieves' name was the commonality among many. I had to submit quite a comprehensive questionnaire before Dr. Nieves agreed to treat me. I waited several months for the initial appointment. The first impression one gets of Dr. Nieves is how efficient and organized her practice is and the professional staff she has working in concert with her. They are a reflection of her! Dr. Nieves is the best. This physician is very knowledgeable about the treatment of Parkinson's and Alzheimer's and Dementia. We have seen three doctors about the treatment of Parkinson's and you can't get any better.
Dr. Nieves is very caring and compassionate. She goes above and beyond for her patients.
My husband sees Dr. Nieves for treatment of his Parkinson's disease. She is never in a hurry to rush out the door, always listens to what we have to say, asks several times if we have any more questions, and gives a great deal of thought to his plan of care. You just don't find doctors like her very often! Her staff is as caring as she is. Highly recommend.
