I have been seeing him for about a year for postmenopausal bleeding. I recently had to have a hysteroscopy D&C for polyps and cancer biopsy. Not sure if it was him or the office staff, but both my pre-op and surgery appt were not scheduled appropriately: on arrival, I was told the office visit was scheduled during OR time so, I had to take another day from work to reschedule and my surgery was scheduled during office hours so, it was delayed by 2 hours. Wilmington health is the worst health provider in this business. Would not recommend this office to anybody they are so disorganized

Few years ago, She told me that my miscarriage was not God punishing me because I had a previous abortion. Even though I told her I was not religious and did not believe that she continued to lecture me on how most women feel and how I’m likely to feel. She had a med student in the room and was likely putting on a performance for him. She needs training on reflective listening and how to counsel clients that have just had a miscarriage. Dr Andrews is a smart man. He takes his time to answer your questions and in no hurry to do a procedure you feel is needed. I’ve been going to him for several years and I feel he is thorough and kind. I will keegoing to him.
I made an appointment with Ms. Bowman based on the positive reviews on this site. My experience with Ms. Bowman was so extremely different from the other reviews here, I felt a need to share my experience. Ms. Bowman has a cold, aloof manner had absolutely no compassion or empathy for me as her patient. Beware!

Does NOT take time with patient. Does NOT listen. Does NOT read chart. Does NOT remember you from last appointment. Does NOT look at big picture. DOES however stay on schedule.
