Same situation. I had eye surgery, and from the providers stand point there are no outstanding fees. Yet suddenly I get a notice for $2000 from a collection agency for Anesti Plus, despite never having received a bill from them.
So 8 months after a corneal transplant, collections says I owe around $112. The only info was basically an account # and the creditor name, Anesti, Plus. I never received a bill from them and I always pay my bills and have very good credit. I called my medical insurance provider and they confirmed the amount and then I called Anesti Plus and got a recording. I left a message. I called again, same deal and the next day, same. Never received a bill for servive for 2018.2019.now during covid they said they sent a bill in august 2020.i did not receive. Now they turned in as collections.for $117.00 dollars.and can not get anyone to respond.i am not paying a collection company.trying to get a responce from anesti plus inc. To pay them
