How can these people not figure out how to bill insurance? Insurance clearly on the bill they sent to me and tell me on the phone they don't have my insurance?????? Constant problems with AnMed billing office. WOW. I can't wait to get out of the AnMed area.
This company has no customer service. No way to contact anyone that is in Anderson to answer questions. I paid my bill in full less than two weeks after I received it. Three weeks later I get a call from Pennsylvania. The call was from a totally different number than the one on the bill. Sounded like a call from one of the scammers that always leave messages.. How do you give zero stars? Ever since I received my first bill through ASof Anderson, it's been nothing but one issue after another. Since this Dr doesn't bill through AnMed and use a 3rd party biller, there's no contact # for them. Even AnMed can't help me out and this Dr operates through their hospital in Anderson, SC. Believe me, I've tried everything possible. Once I finally got the original billed fixed, now I find out the billing company has stopped applying my auto-pay payments through my bank.
