Billing department is terrible!!! I paid for every single bill that came into my mail the day they arrive and 6 months post-surgery, I find out that theirs went into collections?! Absolutely no attempt was made on their part to even send me the bill. No phone call, email, snail mail or anything.

I will say my experience with the anesthesiologists at the hospital was great! However their billing department is the WORST I have ever seen!!! Apparently when you set up a payment plan they do not have the ability to do automatic payments, which was not explained to me. What company in 2015 doesn't have automatic payments!!??? Then to top it off if you miss a payment, which I did because they were not being automatically paid like I thought, they do not send any notice to you.
