I am furious with this company and am about to have to report them for billing fraud. They use Envision for their billing and they are completely incompetent. I work in anesthesia billing and they provided a service for me 6 months ago and it is still being billed incorrectly to my insurance. I have made multiple calls with no resolution. The physician and the facility were both able to correct their claims when I noticed the error and they are unable to do the same.
