I've never struggled more with trying to get a bill paid. There system doesn't work, they put the incorrect account number on the bill, they can't connect you to anyone that can fix it, and their online system constantly errors out. If you have any kind of health concierge attached to your health plan, make them deal with this service directly so you don't have to do so.
I have been calling on behalf of my mom since January of 2024 and have not received a call back from the office. I've left several voicemails and contact form inquiries through their website. I cannot get any response from ASPA. ASPA has been nothing but unhelpful throughout this entire process which has caused both my mom and I stress.
I had a procedure done on 1/24/24. I have been trying to pay my bill for over 1 week. I keep calling and get a recording that they experienced a cyber security issue and I should call in another week. Who is fixing this issue a 2.0 graduate?
The billing department is unhelpful and inept. The hospital that provided this service to me was Cristiana care and the anesthesia, as with many Hospital ORs was third-party, but that was not disclosed with informed consent.
