I recently had surgery. The anesthesiologist was very good, kind, courteous and made sure I understood what was happening each step of the way. I haven’t had any issues with the billing so far.
I have a billing issue and cannot get ahold of anyone via the phone. There is no option to speak to a person unless you have an account number. I went to the website and their contact button doesn't have a send button, so I still cannot get ahold of anyone.
I've never struggled more with trying to get a bill paid. There system doesn't work, they put the incorrect account number on the bill, they can't connect you to anyone that can fix it, and their online system constantly errors out. If you have any kind of health concierge attached to your health plan, make them deal with this service directly so you don't have to do so.
I have been calling on behalf of my mom since January of 2024 and have not received a call back from the office. I've left several voicemails and contact form inquiries through their website. I cannot get any response from ASPA. ASPA has been nothing but unhelpful throughout this entire process which has caused both my mom and I stress.
