Edit: They have updated their ordering process it is all online now which makes it more fluid. Im sure the terribly rude person still works there but I only ever have to speak with a delightful woman now. \Horribly rude staff! I'm sure it was the owner I spoke to even. They tried to deliver our O2 before our business hours when I called back to tell them of their mistake and that we needed that O2 he basically told me sorry about my bad luck and if I wanted it there would be a $250 delivery charge! Great service! Same day if order is in by 8am and if you need it in an emergency, they will deliver for a reasonable price. They have friendly delivery men and a quick email response time. Have been a customer for years and continue to be a satisfied customer!!
Had a delivery issue with the company. Company made it right. Spoke to the owner to resolve issues.
This is the worst company ever! Their driver was horribly rude to my dental staff. I switched to Airgas. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible Terrible Terrible.
