Cowards, sent debt collector after me instead of answering my calls.
Terrible company, rude when you are making payments. I am still waitting on a refund of $1000 over 3 months and they do jot even know who I am. They keep bouncing me in between departments saying to wait or call back and they will have everything ready and next thing i know i have to start all over again. I will ready be in collection if it was the other way around. Do not do business with this company there are 3 different departments with in this department they all areterrible. Not impressed with their bedside manner, they falsified my records/documentation, and did not provide any post op pain relief in PACU.
