Ridiculous! I can't believe two of our doctors use this service. I tried to pay online, but was not able to do so. We called and they said they couldn't find my account. I called my doctor and they said they had nothing to do with the payments for anesthesia. I've sent emails using the email address given on the final (and only) notice I received but no one answers. This place is a joke. Fix your website so people can actually submit payments online instead of making us call in and wait on hold for hours on end..
Billed for services that I already paid for 10 months ago! Either incredibly unorganized or completely unethical to submit a duplicate bill. As other reviews have stated... would give zero stars if possible.
This is the world worse service provider, they never send out statement and to only turn you in to collections after calling many times over the last few months. I would strongly advise using another servicer and to Huntley Medical you should be ashamed of yourself for using such a poorly managed company.
