Like the other reviewer said, the first notice I got that there was anything owed at all was when I received a collections bill with interest on it already. Baffling that the people here cannot be bothered to pick up a phone and attempt to contact a patient before resorting to collections. Please ask your providers if they use this business and urge them to work with other, more professional businesses, as this place is aweful.
Apparently this company doesn't have the decency to call if there is a billing issue or question, they simply send you to collections. I never received a bill from them but did get a bill with interest from collections. I have never had this happen before with ANY of my debts. So disappointed with this company, I never even had the opportunity to pay them directly regardless of what they say, I NEVER saw a bill.
