I would give negative ZERO if I could. The billing dept is the worst I have ever dealt with. Paid the bill on Jan 22 but my daughter continued to receive texts that she owes $54.77. I called many times (2/18, 2/19, 3/3, 3/11, 4/1, 5/12, 5/14, 6/9) and spoke to Louie, Princess, David and Ralph and NEVER ever received the first return call. I'd give 0 stars if I could. After an October surgery we received a bill for $1170 via text in January, which in 2025 is a major red flag. Upon calling their billing department I was advised that they never even submitted to my insurance. Fast forward to today, I received a message from a collections agency. I again call the billing department which seems to utilize an international call center where they advised that my childs name was incorrect -- although it was correct on every other claim we received for that day. I would give this company zero stars if I could. My husband had surgery months ago and they have not billed his primary insurance or his secondary. The keep sending text messages and bills. They are dishonest and unethical. I do not understand why any respectable medical practice has anything to do with them.

Had surgery last summer, two months later I get a text to pay my bill from them. Thought it was a scam. Paper bill came in the mail a couple weeks later for over $3,000. I called my insurance company and they said this company had never even tried to file a claim, so my insurance company calls them and gives them the information to do so. 3 months later & another bill shows up for $3,000. Company sends a bill via text for a charge that should have been submitted to insurance. The text looked like a scam so I requested a paper bill. They said they sent one, never received. They stated they would send another. I never got that one either. I don't believe they were sent. I send payment electronically, get confirmation of payment. I then keep getting text payment reminders to pay. I contact them again for a third time and they say I still have the original balance due after having paid 10 days prior. I sent proof... read more
