Had been paying consistently but since I didn’t call to make a payment plan they sent me to collections. They never called and when I called they said you got one call in this date and I had no record on my phone or voicemail of this. Seriously? I’m paying but not good enough let us make sure to screw someone’s credit up!!!! Never ever will recommend them!!

I over paid a bill and have been calling their billing department for close to a year now. They don’t have any supervisors that you can speak with and say that someone will call you back, and no one ever does. My refund has been “escalated” but I feel as though I am never going to see my money again. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay as far away from them as you can. If having a procedure, request a different company.

Overpaid a bill and have called back almost once or twice a month to see where the refund is. Every time I call, I am told it will be sent soon. This has gone on for 7 months now. Seems like its the first they are hearing about it every time. Very frustrated.

Billing department apparently has no clue how to do their job. Anesthesia claim was coded incorrectly and I've had to pull an arm and a leg to get them to fix it and resubmit it to my insurance so that they'll pay it. Procedure was done over three months ago and still can't get them to correct it; absolutely not paying the bill I received from them for a preventative procedure until they figure out how to code and submit it correctly.
