Scumbag company tries to double collect on bills by scamming you into thinking your insurance isnt paying for the bill.
As others have mentioned, by the time I received any communication regarding my bill it had already been sent to collections.
Please avoid using this company if possible. Never received any sort of bill for them. Received papers saying I am being sued over 500 dollars-yes, 500 dollars. Did I mention this is 7 months after the birth of my child?
Never received any communication from them. Then got a notification that we were being sent to collections. Pretty disappointed with the whole experience. If you ever have a kid, plan to spend $900 for a c-section and $1800 for an epidural. Crazy to think that 20 minutes of time is north of $2600.
