I just got hit on my credit score because of them and my insurance took care of the whole bill with a zero balance. So I will be disputing it on my credit because I can show I have a ZERO BALANCE. such a scam.
Company sent me to collections. Never in my life experienced this for a bill in March 2022 and it’s October 2022. Hospitals do not use them!
Just like all of the other reviews say. I NEVER received a bill from them. All of a sudden started getting tons of calls that I thought were spam and turned out to be collections saying I owed money. I had a baby at St. Joes and no one ever informed me that "Hey our anesthesia services are paid through someone else." Called and they were NO HELP. I am livid that I went into have a baby paid all of the medical bills I RECEIVED and then am sent to collections for a bill I NEVER RECEIVED. Clearly they do not send their bills an... read more
3 Stars because like others, I had two charges which equaled less than $100 that I didn't even know I owed. Don't remember getting a bill, didn't know it didn't go to my portal which is where I make payments. They were sent to collections. The collections company has been SPAMMING me with phone calls which comes up as "Potential Spam" on my phone. When I first tried to get information as to what they were calling about they just kept repeating their company name and they were calling to collect an outstanding balance....even... read more
Never got a bill/call or anything notice from them. Next thing i know, im getting a notification on my credit score that they sent my bill to collections. Terrible smh
