Figure your billing out. It is unacceptable to randomly generate a text message over a year after a procedure providing a random link at which to pay an outstanding balance. It is unprofessional. This makes me question your provider competency and judgement. I intend to inquire with all future medical providers which group they contract with for anesthesia and I will seek alternate consultations if they cite this service. Got texts that said I had a bill. No bill was ever sent in mail. Seemed like a scam! If you can’t properly run your business then how can you properly deliver anesthesia? Paying the bill was painful! Took a hour! Completely incompetent!
Got a text message saying I owed them money almost a year after my procedure, honestly appeared to be a scam. No real bill, just repeating text messages. I still am unsure if I actually owe them money.
Worst phone tree and billing process I have ever had.
I got a bill a year after a procedure saying I had a co-pay; while I thought that was a long time, I paid it. Now 8 months later I am getting billed again. Do they just send out bills when they are short of money and hope people will blindly pay? I tried calling the number on the bill and got what sounded like a scammer phone bank. The woman put me on hold after getting the account number; I hung up after 10 minutes on hold.
