I have had the same experience as that of the other review on here. I have tried to resolve my medical bill since March of 2022. John is not very empathetic nor understanding and will not negotiate medical bills with you. You either have to pay the full amount or it goes to collections. I have had many providers work with me regarding financial aid applications or discounts. I don’t expect my bill to be waived down to $0, however, I don’t have $520 left lying around to pay him. My Wife and i had a wonderful experience with the Anesthesiologist at the hospital. But I'm writing this review regarding an employee name John at the office. After our daughter was born she had to have open heart surgery so money is tight. When we called to make a payment we were told the amount we wanted to pay was unacceptable and they werent going to take our payment. John needs to understand these times are hard for everyone and they should try to understand where people are at. At least we are trying to pay our bills. ... read more
