Complete utter crap customer service. Manager get another job and let someone run it that can very easily outperform your standards of how you run your staff and company. A circus . National disgrace. Shove it.
Service has become horrible - I have been trying to locate some air intake filters which are part of standard maintenance but they are not available from any resellers. Iwata themselves are not interested and just ignore my requests. This is a sharp contrast from just five years ago where they were able to just put me directly through to a reseller to order them. Certainly not a premium brand anymore and recommend looking elsewhere.
