Agreed a price and paid 50% deposit, 25% to have pipes 1st fixed the full payment made , £10,400 total, for the install and commissioning booked in for the next day, it was cancelled and rebooked 6 times with excuses and lies or just no shows. Had to go to Small claims. Had the job completed by another firm that did it all in 2 days for the same amount but a different league in service. The only work that Anemoi did was wrong so we had to undo all our decorating and plaster etc to install the correct size pipes and wires.
Like others, deposit paid last December and then constant delays over months, no AC installed, refund never arrived despite promise. CCJ issued and is now going to enforcement. Proceed with at your own risk.
There were red flags from the beginning, After repeatedly rescheduling/ not showing up to install the AC, a friendly team finally arrived and explained a site survey should have been done to figure out the pipes/electrics. There was also an additional charge for plastering in which we had enough and decided to cancel. In fact, the team who came to our property agreed it was poor service that a site survey was not conducted by the owner and to avoid it. ABSOLUTE SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS We booked Matt to install 3 air conditioning units to our new build and paid a hefty deposit in November 2022. Install was put off several times with poor excuses. Matt became outrageously rude and started ignoring our calls and communication. Rhea finally agreed to return our deposit, however it has been over 6 months and we are still out of pocket. Having to go through small claims to get our money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID
