Terrible service all the way around. Took my 50 inch flat screen there in the summer of 2017 to get it fixed. said the LED lights had gone out on it and said they replaced them for $200. 6 months later the same thing is happening again so I took it back in. Said they would look at it and get back to me in a week and over a week goes by and I never hear from them so I call them on a Thursday and they said they were "working on it" and would know something Saturday. Still feeling ripped off!!! I called Andy's because my TV remote would no longer turn ON the set. I assumed that the problem was the TV and not the remote since other buttons worked and the remote would turn OFF the TV. Andy arrived and diagnosed the problem was NOT the TV. Andy was terrible over the phone. I can't imagine how this guy stays in business. Poorest customer service that I have experienced in a long time. The quality rates that of wireless customers a few years back.

I loved this place's service. This man Andy was a very nice person and had an old-school vibe to him. He fixed my 42" DLP within 3-3.5 days. Spent about $200, which saves me a ton given how much a new TV would cost... I'll be recommending this to my family/friends if they ever go through some problems

I needed my 60" projection TV repaired so I called this company from the yellow pages ad. I was impressed with the way my calls were returned in a timely manner. They came out and accessed my TV and I never felt pressured to have the repairs done it was my decision. I did have the set repaired and I am pleased with the results, in fact my picture has never been as good as it is now! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing any equiptment repairs.
