I wasn't initially going to write a review, but the one star is warranted; here's why: 1) Lack of communication. I dropped my car off for warranty work first thing in the morning and heard nothing back the whole day. The next day, I waited until noon hour and still nothing! Heads UP people. I've been around Moose Jaw for most of my life and I had no idea that Andy's did much more than transmission work. I was googling around before because I wanted to avoid "dealer shops" at all cost. I seriously have to brag about this place after today and it's definately my goto from now on for anything related to my vehicle. We were staying in Moose Jaw for 3 days and we popped into Andy's transmission a few days ago because I could smell something burning then quite a leak started. They took the time to put us up on a hoist and discovered that (our new just put in transmission) had a lower transmission line leaking. They tightened it up and put in 2.5 litres of transmission fluid and had us on our way back to Calgary. Thank you very much!!!!
