My parents own a Puma camp trailer and stopped by to inquire about a potentially broken or not functioning part, ready to purchase a new one if needed. Andy's is a Puma rep so you'd think would be the perfect place to find parts and advice. Andy seemed only interested knowing if they had purchased their trailer from him. Since the answer was No he became very short in answers and annoyed we were there.
