Excellent customer service, curbside assistance by the gentleman outside. When your tanks are full they are heavy and that help he offer to load goes a long way! They had parts and accessories for my small and large propane tanks, even copper tubing. A specialized professional business. If you can’t install your own tank at home stick to electric. My home stays warm and food always tastes better using Andy’s propane. Thank you very much !
IN REGARDS TO YOUR RESPSONSE AFTER 4 YEARS!!!! 4 years ago ‼️‼️‼️ WOW! Just called for a quote. And he tells me $100 for 40 gallons. And I then asked him how much for 75 gallons. But before I even finish asking. He asks me. Where are you getting your gas from before. I told him Bettis, but now it's Pico. And he's like well go with them." They're cheaper, I'm not going to give you the rate or any more information. WTH! I was looking into changing companies. But I'd rather pay more for professional and courteous people. Went a few says ago and the guy outside was asleep. Went inside to pay for small tank was charged and my tank was ready by the time I walked outside. The cashier or man outside never greeted me. Few days later and the tank ran out of gas. Total rip off. 0 customer service or satisfaction. Andys replies to reviews appear to be copy and paste!
