Went to go buy a new string trimmer due to mine kicking the fan. Walked right in and immediately got great customer service. Billy (I believe that was his name) answered all my questions, didn't try to sell me more than what I needed and talked about the model I was getting and he switched the pull through head for a bump head free of charge. I will definitely be going back and will recommend to others. The shop gave you that honest, small town feel compared to all the big box stores that can't answer your questions.
Andy's has been around since I was a kid. I'm going back 40 years. Service was great and I would highly recommend any small engine problems you have using him. Prices are very reasonable.
