How can a customer service based company be so rude?
Customer service was rude and refused to listen to a potential lead.
OMG, it couldn't be any worse! First they changed our pool system to salt. Bill came 200 more than what we agreed. Cleaning services was terrible and after I politely ask to clean filter, got yelled twice... My husband called back to let them know this is not the way to talk to me, they stop picking up phone. Now after only 4 month motor is not working, and they refuse waranty!!!
How can a customer service based company be so rude?
AWFUL!!! If I could take the star away I would! We had the out for a pool/filter cleaning. There was dirt still on the bottom of the pool and the filter was packed with sand. Their customer service was garbage. This was the one and only time we’ll ever use them. Save yourself the time, call anyone else.
