I bought some orchids from Andy’s orchids in CA. They arrived in FL today and I received a call from them asking how the plants were. AMAZING! I was totally shocked when they said the fedex picture looked like the package might be sitting in the sun! They really care about their plants. We even talked about the care of the plants I ordered.

I had some issues with my order and had to reach out to Andy’s to get things sorted. From what I understand ( people on Reddit told me) they just had an open house and were likely very busy but they responded to my issues quickly and got everything all sorted out. I don’t usually buy plants from small businesses online I almost always use Etsy, but I wanted something a little more exotic and Reddit steered me to Andy’s. Andy was super helpful with all my questions and wasn’t scared to warn me off of species that wouldn’t do well in my conditions. He had a single individual of my very favorite Orchid, and let me have it at a very reasonable price. Even chatted with me about herping on the phone while I was ordering. It arrived perfect and has now thrown some new roots and working on a leaf. Will definitely be ordering more!
