I was referred to this mechanic for a transmission issue, I was charged almost $700.00, Mr Andy did work on the Mercedes but he didn't top off the transmission fluid and the car went back to doing what it was doing when I brought the car to him. I contacted my insurance company and they referred me to Gerber on Bissonnett. Andy works on my mercedes for great prices and knowledge on what to actually repair, and not to repair. stop expecting to be charged significantly less than mercedes dealership, but expecting the same kind of service timeline, especially for major repairs, unless an easy job like Oil Changes and maintenance work!
