We have an 1/2 acre property in Crestwood that is bordering with undeveloped wooded (and weeded) area. We intentionally choose not to use any chemical products for environmental reasons. It took 2 months to get an estimate and when it finally arrived after a month of my calling it was missing half of the requests, estimating the wrong plants, and looked like someone had taken 5 minutes on the entire thing. They failed to tell me when I paid them at the consultation that they were 5 months behind on projects and I would have to wait that long for any work to get started per Dionne at the office. Good design and product, but was very disappointed with the experience of working with them. The customer client communications during the project were poor. Once the job was complete there was no further communication or follow-up, just the bill for the balance. Was hoping for a continuing relationship, but they apparently were not beyond getting payment.
Everyone at Andy’s was extremely helpful and professional. They met with us several times to discuss what was best for our landscape project. The instillation was spot on, the the guys doing the work were pleasant and professional. It’s obvious they take pride in their work. We wouldn’t use anyone else if we have another project. We’d highly recommend them. Thanks to Mandy and Sean for all of the help!
