I paid a $1500.00 deposit on some work that was to be done. It was enough to get the needed supplies to start the work. He kept putting me off starting but then finally he told me he would arrive, giving me a date and time. No show. So I contacted him and he told me he was finishing up some small jobs and gave me another date and time. He showed up on a Sunday unannounced about, no phone call, no text. Andy and his fellow workers recently came through for me in a big way. My elderly parents' home in Greensboro was in need of a major bathroom repair / remodeling and needed to be done rather quickly. Andy and his crew did a good job. The issue my husband and I have is that we asked him for a quote. And Andy and his crew just came and did the job without first telling us how much it was. The work was timely and well executed, but we only asked for a quote.
