Absolutely broken hearted left with the wrong colour hair I can’t use for £140 never used merely opened the pack to see they were way too light for my hair told basically tough luck. No exchange no refund.Single mother ripped off by non customer friendly shop I will never use again

Visited Andys looking for Nano extensions and amazingly he found a pack of the perfect colour i needed..lovely guy really helpful. Returned following day because I forgot to purchase the beads and perfect he had exactly what I need ..we'll worth the 2 trips to cardiff ..Definately would purchase from Andys again ..Thanks for a great service x
