Great experience, fast and friendly service! My window looks perfect, you can't even tell it has been replaced!
Great experience with service and scheduling. They were able to beat the quoted price I received from one of their competitors by $5 while also offering the correct, and better, factory windshield that had the upper windshield tint while not talking to me like I'm an idiot. Was very refreshing to actually receive good customer service from a company I was spending a significant amount of money at. DO NOT do business with these people whatever you do! They are terribly hard to get a hold of and they will screw you over when it comes to billing. I had my windshield replaced in October of 2010, gave them my information, and NEVER heard from them again until they billed me in JUNE of 2011 and were threatening to send me to collections. I paid the bill immediately, but what happened two months later? I received notice from a collections agency. Thank God those people were nice.
