I haven't had Frozen Custard in a long time. It was so delicious! And the customer service was 10 out of 10!
This is the good location! staff is friendly. They often give you large cups when ordering medium and give you a little extra. The ice cream is solid. They charge you THE CORRECT PRICES! (yes others tend to overcharge.) There is a reason this one tends to have a line of cars, while the others in the northland do not. If you're in the northland, they are definitely the best quality for your money, even quanitity. You'll get half as much at culvers, or cheap soft serve at DQ for same price. The management of traffic through this Andy's is very bad. I was chastised by the attendant for pulling forward when it was not clear whether or not I should go forward or not this is unacceptable. I should not have even been approached about this at all I was told that the person behind me was being polite to me and not saying anything, but yet the attendant had to say something to me. This is not the way you run a restaurant.
Ordered a custom concrete with hot fudge and cherries. Received someone else's concrete as had peanuts in it. Unfortunate there wasn't better quality check before handing out to custimer. Too much of a hurry.
